Our spacious country homestead is a modern yet classic home within a ten acre property in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. This property oozes sophisticated Australian country living. The house is surrounded by a large veranda with French doors that allows you to enjoy open living and fresh country air. With multiple sitting areas around the deck there is always a sheltered spot to relax and enjoy the fabulous garden or watch your family play on the ample lawn.
There is a huge outdoor patio, entertaining area with grill and seating for 12 plus. This property is ideal for long summer stays and short-breaks – great for friends, families and couples.
Located in a quiet rural setting just minutes from the freeway exit and only a short drive to cafes, world class wineries, restaurants and shops, it is a fantastic base from which you can explore all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
Some of the local activities include the Peninsula Hot Springs, Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Park, world class golf courses and of course beautiful beaches just a short drive from the house. With the Phillip Island Penguin Parade just over an hours’ drive it is pleasant journey to meet the world’s smallest (and cutest) penguins!
The entire house can be booked for up to 12 people, or for smaller groups, half the house which has its own entry, kitchenette, two bathrooms, separate toilet, open plan living-dining area and three bedrooms to accommodate six.
